Winners of The Character Essay Contest

The purpose for the Imagine School West Gilberts essay contest was for students across 3rd through 8th grades were given a maxim and had to write about it and incorporate character and life situations.

Here are what some of the winners had to say:

Jared G. – As a winner of the grade level character contest how did you feel to hear you won?

I was really excited because I worked hard on the essay.

Natalie F. – What does Character mean to you?

Character means that you are kind to others and considerate of other peoples feelings.

Gabriel P. – What was your essay about?

My essay was about character and not giving up.

Annamarie L. – Why do you think Character is so important?

I think it is important because if you don’t have any character you wouldn’t be able to do any fun experiments in class.
