Third Grader, Rianna, Talks About Receiving Eagle of The Month

Rianna is a great kid all of her teachers have said she’s a joy to have in their classes. At one point Rianna was known as the “momma bear” of the classroom in Pre K. She cares for everyone unconditionally and wears her heart on her sleeve. 

Q. You are often picked as Saint John’s “Eagle of the Month” how do you get this award?

A. I do not expect to get Eagle of The Month to be honest. I love to be nice to people and kind.

Q. How do you feel when you are picked to be “Eagle of the Month”?

A. How I get to be the Eagle of the Month is by doing hard work and being nice. When I am picked to be Eagle of the Month I feel proud and joyful.

Q. What is the best thing about attending SJV?

A. The best thing about attending SJV is all the nice teachers and nice people.

Q. Tell us about one of your teachers? What makes him/her a great teacher?

A. One of the great teachers is Mrs. Arrington. She’s always there for others and is always so kind to me. My 3rd grade teacher is great too.

Q. What are some things you like to do for fun?

A. Some things I do for fun is read, play video games, and dance.

Q. If you could be any super hero who would you be? What are some good things you would do?

A. If I could be any super hero it would be Groot from Guardians of the Galaxy. I would be Groot because he’s always there for his friends. What I would do is help others when the need help and protect them. 

Rianna is a third grader at Saint John Vianney Catholic School.
