Q. You were recently chosen to show a day in the life of a student in the International Baccalaureate Programme, tell us more about that.
A. It was challenging, but fun. It was difficult to carry the Go Pro camera in my hands all day, but it was fun because I got to interview my friends and videotape what I do everyday.
Q. What are some of your favorite things about Madison Simmis Elementary?
A. The teachers are very nice and remember you, I still hug the teachers I have had in my past two years. I also love the specials at Simmis, this year I got my own recorder in music, with Mr. Block.
Q. What things do you like to do outside of school?
A. Go skating on my roller blades, ride my bicycle, play sports outside, and read my favorite series is Nancy Drew.
Q. What are your plans for the future?
A. I want to go to college and learn more about sea animals or learn how to be a second grade school teacher. I would also like to volunteer as an Odyssey of the Mind coach.
Q. Is there anything else you would like to tell our readers?
A. I love going to school and love to learn my favorite subjects are science and math. One science unit we did was on sound and I learned that sound bounces off objects. In geometry we are studying cool different shapes. School is fun! P.S. My favorite color is SKYE blue!
