Pinners Conference comes to Arizona November 8 & 9

Arizona is again welcoming the Pinners Conference, a one-of-a-kind event bringing inspiration to life! Join thousands of attendees in customizing a weekend of fun, full of hands-on classes, creativity and shopping from both local and national brands. It’s all happening November 8 and 9 at WestWorld of Scottsdale.

“Our goal is to facilitate an inspiring experience,” said Roxanne Bennett, co-founder of the Pinners Conference. “We hope our attendees leave feeling enlightened, encouraged, creative and happy.”

With more than 100 classes to choose from, attendees will walk away with full, completed projects and new skills. And those who prefer to appreciate DIY from a distance can shop from nearly 300 pop-up retail shops, all offering make-and-takes, discounts and incredible products from their booth spaces. “Attendees get to see the cool things from online shops in person, feel them, and try them on, which you never get to do over the internet,” Bennett says.

Class themes include beauty and fashion, home and décor, health and fitness, DIY and crafts, food arts, photography, party planning and more, with some of the nation’s top experts, influencers and creators leading sessions on popular trends.

“Michaels is proud to be here for the makers as they fuel their imagination and creativity,” a Michaels Stores spokesperson said. “Our time spent at Pinners Conferences has provided us with an authentic and engaging way to inspire, encourage, meet, and motivate amazing makers across the country!”

Founded in Salt Lake City in 2015, the concept quickly expanded across the country, with Pinners in California, Georgia, Texas and Utah, as well as Arizona, which is hosting the event for the fourth time this November.

“We’ve been amazed by how quickly everyone picked up on the vision,” says Co-Founder Kendall Bennett. “People love the classes; they love the shopping; they love the pervasive feeling of sharing that happens at Pinners. Wherever we open a show, people just seem to immediately ‘get it,’ and more importantly, love it.”

Event hours are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Admission tickets start from $10. Other package options include a one-day expo with two-class pass ($19); one-day expo and one-day class pass ($29); and two-day expo with all-class pass ($49), including access to all exhibitors and shopping.
