Odyssey Prep and Imagine Rosefield Share the Gift of Music

Several students from the Odyssey Preparatory Academy and Imagine Rosefield are part of a program called “Autumn’s Treble Makers”. Autumn’s Treble Makers, a musical instruction company, had an amazing experience and opportunity to reach out to the community and share the gift of music with the residents at The Palm Valley Rehabilitation and Care Center back on December 1st, 2017.

The Treble Makers even spread their holiday cheer by making handmade snow globes and give them to the residents.

As a group our focus this year has been about how we can give back to our community! This year, the performers did something we had never done before and wrote our very own script about community outreach and giving back to our community. It truly was amazing to see the heart of these young performers. It was also neat to see them put the creativity they have learned in class and present it on stage.

The workers and residents loved having the Treble Makers perform for them and have invited us back for the spring. All of the performers are excited about this opportunity to put the smiles on the residents’ faces again when we return on May 4th, 2018.
