Meet Emmie, Cardinals’ Punt, Pass, and Kick Champ

Emmie won the Arizona Cardinals 12-13 year-old girls’ Championship for the NFL’s Punt, Pass, and Kick competition.

Q. How do you feel about winning the 12-13 year old girls championship for the NFL punt, pass and kick competition?

A. I am proud. I am also happy to represent my school, St. Thomas Aquinas, my soccer team, and Litchfield Park.

Q. What happens next?

A. Sometime after Christmas, I will find out if I am a National Finalist. They only take the top four scores from all 32 NFL teams.

Q. How long have you been playing football? Any other sports that you play?

A. I do not play football except at recess and home. I play volleyball and basketball for St. Thomas Aquinas. My favorite sport is soccer. I play for Challenge FC.

Q. What else do you like to do for fun?

A. Spending time with friends and family, going to the movies, and playing some video games. Lastly, I like to sleep.

Q. What are your plans for the future?

A. I would like to be a professional soccer player/athlete. I also would like to travel the world.

Emmie is a seventh grader at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Grade School.
