Q. How long have you been going to the Tri-City West/Thornwood Branch?

A. Eric has been a member for four years.

Q. What activities or programs are you a part of at the Club or what are your favorite activities?

A. Eric enjoys basketball, soccer, flag football and baseball. Eric credits the Club with allowing him the opportunity to participate in sports. His mother works late and he can’t be involved with school sports because the schedule. At TriCity West, Eric plays all of the sports he loves and he has time and a place to do his homework while his mother works late.

Q. How has the Club helped you in other aspects of your life—school, at home, sports?

A. Eric has met some of his best friends at the Club! He also credits the Club with helping him learn the value of good grades. He hopes to earn all As so he can play basketball in college. He’s focused on paying attention in class, trying his hardest, and taking advantage of extra credit.
